This series consists of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and opposing party legal briefs, transcripts of proceedings, exhibits, affidavits, and other records for closed cases relating to the National Labor Relations Act of 1935 and the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (also know as the Taft-Hartley Act), which were argued before the U.S. Courts of Appeals. Some of the cases were also argued before the Supreme Court of the United States. These records were maintained by the NLRB's Library within the Division of Administration.
